New job for the 2011-2012 school year!
I am beginning a new chapter in my life as a Title 1 support teacher. I am so excited to be working with first and second graders! This is the first year in... oh so long that I haven't had an actual classroom to decorate and organize for the new smiling faces of kindergarten! I am excited to begin this new journey in my life, but am missing all of the crazy tales of the start of a new year with a homeroom. I hope to be able to share ideas that I have used with my new groups of students. We will be frantically testing students this week so we can begin to see students next week!

100th Day of school
It's hard to believe we have already had 100 days in kindergarten!
We celebrated by making a 100 day snack.
We like to use the mats that have a circle and 10 stars inside (for my lower, little ones)
Great ideas from here!
We also wrote in our class books...I wish I had 100, If I had $100, I would buy...
I found some great activities and ideas here...
Always has fantastic ideas!
There are just so many fabulous ideas out there! I just LOVE reading all of the blogs...I just need more time!
Thanks for always being willing to share!

I'm in awe at all of the creativity I've seen lately!
There are so many wonderful blogs out there! I am a poster child for ADD when it comes to checking all of them out! I see neat links when looking for...say, cookies and find myself digging around for a bottle of glue and glitter to make an ornament for the tree! YIKES!
I am so envious of everyone who has such creative talents! I'm also so thankful they are willing and able to take the time to share...with step by step directions for those of us who are less gifted! :)
